All calls to the Helpline are free and confidential. You can remain anonymous if you wish. Our counsellors will listen to you and work with you to identify the changes you want to make and find practical solutions that will help you achieve them. If you are on a longer journey of recovery we can walk alongside you as you make the changes in your life step by step. If we can’t provide all the help you need it’s our job to put you in touch with services that can.
